Seems quite reasonable to me when no others wanted to join them. Now they clocked some good km in the fuga competition and for the intermediate sprint competition with minimal effort.Average speed of 39 km/h and the breakaway still managed to get caught with almost 30k to go. The Italian domestic teams are somehow still getting weaker with each passing year...

Just tuned in to see if I could still catch the finish - perfect timing! Unfortunately, it looks like this has all the ingredients for a massive crash at the end. Let's hope we can avoid that!
