And you can add a couple of very easy flat stages with 3 rest days and you have a good training block where he probably will contest 1/3 of the stages.

Kind of interesting how Ineos haven't been in the front. Is Carapaz struggling or they so confident they feel they don't need to? Just unusual for them to not be there and then all the other top teams are at the front.

Probably just taking a quiet day. They rode quite a bit yesterday and they'll ride tomorrow

e-bikes are a world phenomenon which hasn't been purely about the age for years now... wheter we like it or not.
E-bikes are very useful as a mode of transport for a lot of people, sure. I'm not so sure about the necessity of high end electronic road bikes for the vast majority of people though.

I think Van der Poel may drop everyone in the last climb + descend but it won't be easy.
