Alternative, since I found that it was the route of the Raiffeisen GP Judendorf - Straßengel, is that Großschartner attacked on a hill, it became super close, Haller launched early (as best sprinter) and ran out of gas.

but in fact, they just seem to have gifted it to him indeed:

Ok, thats a quite clear indication :D

So thats the first title for Großschartner. Konrad and Pöstlberger could have had their 3rd, taking the lead in this statistic. Interestingly enough, no one won it more than twice (among which are Konrad, Pöstlberger, Zoidl, Totschnig, Pfannberger).

And now there is also a short race report online. So there were two moves - an initial attack of 7 (incl. Gamper, Pöstelberger and Bosch). At some point it became quite clear that no one can close the gap (only 12 riders finished) and Großschartner, Konrad and Haller bridged. Soon every non-Bora rider dropped apart from Bosch, who eventually did as well. Zoidl attacked later when the peloton had shrunken down to about the size of the leading group and soloed to the best of the "peloton" rest (behind Bora and Bosch from the break).
