If your team still has 3 guys or more in that group and you don't ride, you should get kicked out of the WT.
When Pogacar takes 80 seconds on a single sector there's nothing you can do.We can blame the peloton. They just start the chase way too late. Also there are teams like Arkea, EF etc. With multiple guys there who are not contributing at all.
they make this race boring. Not Pogacar.
Boonen in Paris-Roubaix was similar. This might be the strongest solo in a one-day race of the current century. Bernard Hinault in LBL comes to mind.
Pog is humiliating them. Future northern classics rider.
Think Pogacar got angry that so many people claim that Remco can do things that Pogacar can’t.This might be the strongest solo in a one-day race of the current century. Bernard Hinault in LBL comes to mind.
Pogacar is great but this is a 50 men peleton that's treating him as if he's a Gazprom rider.
Surely DQS or Movistar guys can't be thaaat cooked to not organize a competent chase.
they make this race boring. Not Pogacar.
They are already fighting for the last podium spot.Valgren sitting at 145 bpm. Peloton is not going full gas
Pog can win basically any race he wants
No, Pogacar is making this boring. And he’s going to make a lot of races very boring for a long time. Truly dominant champions sound interesting in retrospect but at the time they are always truly boring .
Can only hope he declines very early, Andy Schleck-style. And even then it will be half a decade until this reign of terror ends. No, Pogacar is making this boring. And he’s going to make a lot of races very boring for a long time. Truly dominant champions sound interesting in retrospect but at the time they are always truly boring .
A bunch sprint can be chaotic, and it wouldn’t likely be a bunch sprint, because of the wall of a climb right before the finish and the technical turns before the finish. A solo is nearly not as exciting. If that will be Remco(for real only in dreams) or MVDP... you will be writing how legendary, smart, good solo it is etc... If Pogacar wins finish sprint is not right, if wins solo 50km to go is not right..
I think this is more exciting race, than bunch sprint at the end.
gcn is freezing for me after like 10 seconds
UAE Tour, Tirreno, Lombardia among others all say otherwise.
Yes, close races are never remembered. What's the most famous Tour? What's the most fondly-remembered Paris-Roubaix of the past decade, the Boonen solo or the Hayman win. What about the AGR Van der Poel won, 10+ riders within 10 seconds, forgettable right?completely disagree.
what one remembers of cycling history is the exploits, rarely when ten riders finished in the same minute.
