Roglič and Almeida will probably try something but Thomas is the strongest and will likely win the stage after dropping the other two. I expect Arensman to be very strong today.

Think it will be a GC guy winning- can see Jumbo driving the pace- it will be about survival of the fittest on the final 3km ramp.

My wish (fantasy) would be for Ineos, JV, and UAE to decide to commit a couple of riders to keep the breakaway close, and then have showdown on Tre Cime enabling one of the top three to take the stage win.
But because of the bonus seconds I don’t think they (particularly Ineos, would be willing to do that.

My wish (fantasy, as far as cycling viewing anyway) would be as follows:

Sepp Kuss drops everyone but Primoz Roglic, and the leader gifts his domestique the stage 19 win. Everyone is happy about this except Libertine Seguros, pointing out the loss of potential bonus seconds to Roglic. Nevertheless, Primoz is back in pink.

Inevitably, he loses pink back to Thomas on the stage 20 MTT, by less than that bonus seconds differential. Libertine Seguros posts a rant (a super sophisticated one mind you) that briefly shuts down the forum. Illmaestro99 declares Roglic to be the Slovenian Cunego.

Weird that Pinot is sitting at the back, you'd think he'd be marking Healy.
In the worst case scenario his team should pull him back. It makes sense to save yourself as much as you can before the intermediate at Caprile with 118.6 km to go.
