Tricky finish, hope all stay upright. For Team Jumbo Visma, "the bonus seconds are at the second sprint".
And this time there will actually be bonus seconds.

But yes, same as in the past couple of years: points at the first sprint, seconds at the second.
Isn't it for the former intergiro competition actually?Actually horrifying to see that bonus seconds sprints on hills have infected the Giro too
Likely a sprint finale. From GC point of view it will be interesting to see if there is any interest for bonus seconds at the intermediate. I am not thinking only about JV here. And if such sprint happens it will be interesting to see on how gets them. Said that, such stages tend to affect GC. This time i guess coastal area is in favor of a bit less surprises in that regards. We'll see.
There will obviously be a break who takes the bonus seconds?
Either Gaviria or Pedersen indeed!I think it’s going to go to Gaviria. Has been in much better form this year, and will probably have something extra today
Personally i don't feel GC guys will sprint for it. Still i seen stranger things. I won't rule it out completely.
Surprised that no one has mentioned Kaden Groves yet, he is fast and has porbably the best lead out in the race.
McNulty is third in the Youth Classification and KOM takes precedence over white any time, so I suppose your commentators are stupid.Commentators said TGH had the jersey 'on loan' as McNulty is in white, so I guess the times on the climb weren't revisited.
Yes, I edited my post, apologies.McNulty is third in the Youth Classification and KOM takes precedence over white any time, so I suppose your commentators are stupid.
This had already been mentioned in some of the pre-race interviews. Yes, Mayrhofer was planned to be the lead sprinter here until Dainese replaced the injured Vandenabeele (who raced and DNF'd Morbihan yesterday, some more classic DSM), but we all know the only reason Dainese is on domestique duty is that the only thing determining the hierarchy at DSM is which riders are liked and disliked by team management. And on a scale from Van Wilder to Cees Bol, Dainese is pretty close to Van Wilder these days.Surprising news:
Dainese just said on Rai that he'll work for Mayrhofer, the german guy will be DSM sprinter for this Giro.
Weird.
Yes, because there is a break, they won't...
Otherwise, they would.
Pretty basic stuff, I have to say.
