Some of the current top juniors are moving to WWT devo teams or other conti teams, but some are going straight to WWT so there won't suddenly be a bigger talent pool to choose from. Making it U-25 or more could be a solution going forward.

Yes. Mul is not really a climber, although she did win on Hochkar in the Niederösterreich Tour earlier this year, like Chladoňová did last year.

Ferguson is the another case of the British syndrome. Boothman was a false favorite in the junior hilly ITT and if you followed her career she was never winning on that course. Ferguson is likewise on this type of course.

Four or five teams have multiple riders so they need to bring back the lone breakaway.
