Yeah, the MVP of that day was Vanmarcke, who did 80% of the work for 40km (GVA did the other 20%), while Stybar wheelsucked. That's why he looked comfortable.

Of course he wheelsucked at the end - he's not going to help chase down a breakaway, 75% of which were his team mates  . The whole race he looked very strong, but never got to play his hand.

I find your perspective most amusing. Someone who is sucking wheels all day looked the strongest to you because he looked comfortable....that's because he was wheelsucking.

Stybar actually said he didn't feel well that day.

That is indeed the problem with this date. I thought in Belgium it is a holiday today.
Sadly, it is not

Luckily I work from home today :D

Now, why wouldn't I be surprised if a lot of people suddenly developed strange diseases? Maybe not so much people working... but classes...

Btw: Juul Jensen is out; problems from his MSR crash.

#e3h Fabian Cancellara was involved in a big pileup on the cobbles of the Haaghoek. He's in pain but back on his bike.
- Along with Degenkolb, Boom, Langeveld and others apparently.

Anyone have a stream of this?
Stupid euro sport and their daft decisions. Picking a dull spanish stage over one of the best races of the year. I should be their cycling director. Where do I apply?
