Why would i assume a startlist of 2 days before the race, would not be final?

EDIT: lol, only just started. 146k to go. There is a break pretty much from the start, with mainly Argentinian riders and a few other South American nationalities. They already have 3m45s. Streaming at TIZ.

because the final line up for each team in a race is only revealed at the managers meeting (usually around 5 or 6 pm) the evening before
