What were the organizers thinking having that corner at 350m?

that corner was there already for some time in this stage in previous years

Bak abandoned maybe fallen as well like Greipel?

Planned abandon (for Flandres)

He was in the attack for the whole stage and when he was caught at 10 km's or so from the finish he was helping the team, he DNF....

what's the use to abandon 10 km's before the finish when you rode the stage in the attack?

those 10 km's won't make the difference I guess

Who is the best time trialist, Westra or Lutsenko? No matter what, I don't think Kristoff can win the overall this time. It's cyan against cyan.

Surely Westra will win the overall? Mini-Vino might take it, and if Kristoff takes it then he has definitely found the form of last year.

Bodnar 10 seconds faster than Wiggo last year. Of course the wind could be different this year, but thats freaking fast

Last year Kristoff was third in this stage, so in theory he can defend his lead, unless his form is much worse this year compared to last.
10s in front of him was Kueng - you think Westra can match Kueng's effort?
And Lutsenko lost 50s last year on Wiggins, so Tony Martin or even Luke Durbrdige still have podium place within their reach.

I think even Martin will have a hard time catching Bodnar. Not impossible of course but wont be easy

Is the course the same as last year?
I think so, the commentators were comparing with Wiggins' time which would be stupid otherwise.
Thanks, yeah I agree. Who was the Katusha rider racing the train? :D

Morkow maybe or Politt?
It was Politt. Thought it looked like him but I thought he already finished actually.

4 seconds between Kristoff and Lutsenko now. Kristoff is defending himself very well.

Did anyone catch Westra's time?

Surprisingly, Westra's technique doesn't look smooth at all. Almost looks as if he's on someone else's bike or something...

Westra was almost 10 seconds faster than Kristoff: Westra at 4.9 and Kristoff at 13.48 at the intermediate.

Lol. Or perhaps Lutsenko has sabotaged Westra's bike. Wouldn't surprise me after what he did the other day :D
