@tgsgirl in this Video mr. Phinney for you, but the video is on request for auscyclefan94 who asked >

Well here auscyclefan94 the whole video from his win on Béal enjoy:

Click: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAav-LqBdww

thanks! It is an intersting style but it is very different to his future team mate, CE. It does not look like he would produce enough power with his arms, as you need your arms a lot on the climbs to pull the bike up.

Okay, I haven't really been able to follow the race. But... what happened to Phinney? On Bike Chatter he first wrote stuff about "Yellow jersey" then "Lantern rogue"... someone had a really bad day? From what I understand it was something with a crash...

So picking up this prize, a helping hand to win GC for another and boosting the Nations GC, that isn't easy at all.

He crashed pretty badly, had to be taken to hospital for stitches and the works (stage 2?). If it rained the next day he wasn't going to start but it didn't so he's still there. To be fair though, with that amount of climbing he wasn't going to stay in yellow anyway.

Any chance we can get an update on how the race is going aside from the Colombians? You know, a little bit of the big picture here?

Problem is this comes from the Colombia es Passion tweet and it's their team manager airing it so maybe you have to look for some tweet or faceb from Rabo's or Belgium riders that are racing now ... I know their are a couple out there.

From what I know is it the Belgium team that is making the pace in the bunch now already for 20 k and the rest is just letting them do the work ... but why and what their plan is I don't know ... but if you look at the profile that is understandable, cause that is the only part they can make up time before the last climb ... but geh that's when the hardest part of the race starts.

Ohh and don't forget that Climb the hardest part starts at 1000m and moves up ave 7% for over 10 k so one needs a little O2 for that and not to much weight to cary. I bet Atapuma will make an attempt to jump the gap and join the last 3 k together at a horrendus pace.
