I'm in the same boatBe a good loser!
I mean, for my CQ team, Van Wilder winning would have been far better, but I'm biased.

I'm making jokes. That's the most you're getting out of me for now. It'll be a cold day in hell before i congratulate that ugly moustached MF'er.
He looks like one of those waffle shop owning hipsters in Wellington, NZ.It's iconic! He's even got sponsor agreement with Gillette because of it.
Thanks for backing me up, good to see you also think Cort should be relegated. All I have to say is that I'm also not a fan of blond moustaches. Or any moustaches. But blond ones are the worst.

Of course I think so. After all I have van Wilder on my cq-team as well.
Fun fact: the only rider Pidcock has ever beaten in a sprint in a professional race is Wout van Aert.
Mainly because he somehow still has only two pro wins.
Not surprising since Van aert is quite good at losing small group sprints.Fun fact: the only rider Pidcock has ever beaten in a sprint in a professional race is Wout van Aert.
Somehow? How is it somehow? It's obvious that he is a good rider who is bad tactically and doesn't win a lot.Mainly because he somehow still has only two pro wins.
To an extent, but a guy who's made the top-6 of like half the spring classics + the Worlds and has won Brabantse Pijl + on Alpe at the Tour really should have won more than just those two by now. It's not like he's a Landa-calibre sprinter either...He is just overhyped.
If it's a big, thick, Urs Freuler style darkish mustache one can pull it off, otherwise not so much. All I have to say is that I'm also not a fan of blond moustaches. Or any moustaches. But blond ones are the worst.
That's not the issue. We aren't saying he should be relegated for having a moustache. Do you think we're idiots. We're saying he should be relegated for having an UGLY moustache.Cort was a first-mover. Nowadays, most young guys have a moustache.

Any reason for that assumption?
Any reason for that insinuation?

Yes, he exceeded expectations in his first year, but pretty much the exact opposite last season due to stomach issues, long-running knee problem and Covid. This was his second race day and he should be somewhere back to full potential this spring. To an extent, but a guy who's made the top-6 of like half the spring classics + the Worlds and has won Brabantse Pijl + on Alpe at the Tour really should have won more than just those two by now. He is good, no doubt. But because of his passport commentators overhype him to the level it just becomes cringy (in cyclocross races they talk about the big 3, as Pidcock was ever factor when Wout and MvdP were present) and he himself doesn't hold back with his overconfidence sometimes.
