Was noticing the same. Same thing they do on the TdF final stage in the Champs Elysées every year. I'd say there should be barriers restricting them to the cobbles...

Wait. I thought sidewalks referred to the asphalted road edges up the Eikenberg. They're going on the actual sidewalks for extended periods though. That does look kinda wrong.
