I do understand the scepticism, but Rujano's major problem has never been physical, only psychological. He's a notoriously difficult character to motivate, and perhaps he just doesn't feel as comfortable in Europe, same as Ryo was saying about why the likes of Duarte and Henao don't come to Europe. Rujano's biggest successes in Europe were on a team with a number of other South Americans, after all.

For some reason I don't mind Sevilla winning the Vuelta this year, but it looks like is not going to happen.
