There's a reason why most of the big who ride the Giro for gc don't show up (ok, this year they also had rather bad weather in Trentino/Tirol), Zakarin is the only really big name who's riding this race and the Giro.

Sorry, I forgot about him. TJ hasn't shown a lot in the last few years, so I don't really see him as a "big name" when it comes to the gc riders.
