He passed Teuns in the least steep part around the final bend. Same part where last year Sagan closed the gap on Teuns but finally stranded in his wheel. Teuns should have distanced Kwiatkowski on the steep part if he wanted a chance to win again. I doubt Kwiatkowski is going to lose any time in the coming stages, so he seems very likely to take the overall.

Great to watch Sky Train in Poland. Should be crucial at next stages!

Do you have an end point in mind for this tedious troll routine? 1,000 posts? Or are you planning to flog this dead horse even longer?

And some people wonder why almost nobody likes Team Sky (outside of British cycling fans and a minority of non-British supporters).

The devote Sky fans on this board are some of the most obnoxious members here. Bad losers, but even worse winners.

I think Teuns did all he could. Kwiatkowski looked like he was pacing himself, saving something for the las meters. I think he had everyone under control entire time.

Yes, i don't mean Teuns made a mistake, just that he needed to drop Kwiat on the steep part because he was always going to lose in the final meters against someone like Kwiatkowski. I do feel Teuns this year hasn't reached his form of last year yet, but that doesn't mean he would 've won otherwise. This year he probably timed it even better than last year, but he just wasn't strong enough to beat Kwiatkovski, nothing you can do.

Regarding Teuns: apparently he's rebuilding his house and doing some work himself too, which affects his training somehow. That (probably) was also the reason for his disappointing Ardennes campaign.

“Doing Sky Train” is so common term here meaning well-known Sky’s tactics. For you of course has pejorative context, form me – quite opposite, and there is no need to describe in many sentences what Sky should do on next stages: Skyborgs, please create excellent Sky Train, first time in Poland, just to help Pole to win TdP.
So simple. And I don’t know why you tried to offend me.

In other words you plan to keep the same dull routine going for an indefinite period of time.

Seems a pretty good description of yourself. Still not over the Giro and the Tour yet?
Time to move on, sunshine, life's far too short.

nothing dull about his posts, just because you have an agenda against sky doesn't mean others have to as well

I’ve no objection to people who like Sky, Rick. People like all kinds of terrible things and that’s their own misfortune. The Sky Bot however is a troll account, conceived as some kind of retaliation against Sky’s general unpopularity here. I don’t even particularly object on principle to a bit of good trolling, but I start to get very bored when the same joke is extended and repeated to this degree.

It was lovely to see Froome get owned by Geraint Thomas (and Dumoulin) actually. And next year there will be internal strife in Sky, which is even better.

I got nothing against G.

Is this stage 5 finish (1km at 4%) enough to make it for puncheurs rather than sprinters? (Again, the profile makes look harder than it seems to be).

Probably too much for Ackerman and Hodeg but guys like Nizzolo and Modolo should be ok with it, right?

It's more like 2.5 km @ 4% I think

Colbrelli would love such a finish. Here i'm going with Kwiat again.
