Tbf, the only hilly TT he won last year was the one at the Giro with the murito early on.
Only the first 2 above 43km/h until now, I guess a gc rider will win this one.

He lost a lot of time in the second half, but it still won't be easy to beat Cavagna. Dennis, Porte and Thomas might be the only ones, who'll have a chance.

I think it happens a lot to him. When he was younger he often would have had the best time at the intermediate check time, only to completely explode in the second half. Although today it wasn't that obvious. Maybe just Bissegger has done an amazing second part.

Dennis really weak in the second part. No one will beat Cavagna especially considering the wet descend.

Poor second half for Dennis, goes to show that Cavagna didn't do relatively poorly there but rather that Bissegger's second half was insane.
