Ok, I'm pretty sure he is going to take it now.

He was toying with the rest today.

I think Contador will end this Giro in the stage 14 TT by winning it and putting 2 mins into Aru :D ;)

I really hope he's able to win a stage here along with the overall GC, his palmares would look even better with a Giro stage win. I think Uran might be his biggest rival now but does he even attack in the mountains or just follow wheels?

is Aru really suffering with some cold or allergies?? coz even half of his team are riding better than him

Probably just not good enough. He's not ready to win a GT yet

Back to stage hunting in the last week I guess
I hope so, he needs a stage win or 2 :)
Yup. He desperately needs a stage win.

It's just not the same to win a GT without a stage win. A bittersweet feeling.

If he wants he can win all the MTF's with Astana so strong they will chase any breakaway and i expect the Sky mountain train to be back in the third week....but i think Contador will go full gas in 1 or 2 MTF's and take it easy saving his energy for the Tour

I think he'll podium the TT, with only Uran from the GC contenders ahead of him. Not sure who else could win the TT apart from Uran, Contador or Maybe Porte, but I think he's already fading.

The day before Etna Contador also finished 2nd on a hilly stage a little bit behind a stronger winner but putting time into all his rivals.

I see big things in the tt.

and also i hink we will see an Etna again...probably in the Madonna Campiglio stage the day after the TT

Gatto wasn't stronger, gilbert was.

A couple of bike lengths to Ulissi. Is Contador a top 10 uphill sprinter on 10%+ stuff?

Is the ITT gap between aru and contador 3 min? Or are they gonna make it 4 minutes?

If it's 3 min contador might catch him. Depends if aru keeps declining.
