If i get a dollar for every time these 2 guys were in contador's wheel, i'd be a millionaire.

Don't really care about women cyclism. Not trying to be a sexist (prob being one),but women in prof cyclism just doesn't interest me (in tennis, it does for example)

Not sure it's sexist. And if it is, well, I'm exactly the same. Indeed, I'm not the remotest bit interest in watching any women's sports, though I like participating well enough. I do reckon we should have equal opportunities to compete though. I just don't care about it.

Some women and even some men would probably think so, but they are stupid. Waste of time, left winged PC-bros. Absolutely nothing wrong with feeling that way. I don't care about it either, at best the WC RR is on and I doesn't pay the slightest attention.

You'll see a similar picture in Rio later this year.
:) If someone was clever enough (I'm certainly not) to transpose the Spanish national kit on to the three in this picture it would be an awesome picture of concentrated power on the attack!!

Yep, I also have no interest - for women sport at all. He should better have at least one son. On the other hand - it would be a rarity, although for example Roman Kreuziger has achieved a better level than his father, but he is an exception. Roche, Merckx, Zabel....

P: only if you give me LaFlo as the major fan
A: forget it
V: why don't you ask me?
A: because you are a wheelsucker

Alberto Contador on Paris-Nice: “I return to the race that revealed me as a rider”
On Sunday, Alberto Contador will start his second race of the 2016 season, out of the four he has scheduled for the first cycle of the year. Following his first race in Algarve, a fortnight ago, "not a lot of things have changed, apart from recovering from the effort put in, trying to step up the intensity of my training sessions and putting more speed in the legs," explains Tinkoff's leader.

Looking to this year's course, Contador highlights that "it is one of the toughest that I can recall, very hilly, but on the other hand it kicks off with a flat prologue that isn't technical at all, very well suited to specialists. I miss the time-trial on Col d'Eze which I have never been able to race, but instead it has two summit finishes, one for heavier riders and another for climbers."

Very important point in the season for Contador is coming.
My opinion is that if he's on time with the Tour build up - he should be able to win Paris - Nice. Also, Ii won't be the end of the world if he fails, but reaches the winning shape in Catalunya.
The warning sign will be if he's off the pace in both these races.
So, a victory, or very tight GC battle will be good sign.

Purito is a way bigger wheelsucker than valverde.
He's an one trick pony imho!

In GT's he is, in classics purito sometimes attacks but in the vuelta he turns into the biggest wheelsucker mankind has ever know.

Yes worse than leipheimer and evans (pre'09). Because unlike these guys, he wins the sprint which makes it even more annoying.

After that algarve mountain attack i expect him to win easily against weak opposition

Quite posible, according what Porte said, he ha not big expectation in these race. it is the forst time he will be leader in Le Tour, and maybe for that he has changed his objetives.

I think SKY with Henao and Thomas will be his main rivals, and maybe Dumoulin, and as well Spilak is the weather is bad. Luis Le, if he is recovered, need to try something, becouse the mountain stage is too hard for him.

Well, i dont think he can kill the race on stage 7 (easy climb) consequently he will have to make quite a gap on stage 4 in order to win... In the last stage Sky will control it easy...

It will be harder than we could think. I hope i'm wrong ! :D

He really should win this, but i expect a close battle with G. Thomas... I think he's peaking right now, where Contador is building up. Contador also have to come from behind after the prologue.
