Disappointed he didn't even try today. It was obvious he wasn't feeling great but he didn't even show his face once. I really think he just doesn't know how to race one day races.

The only chance to see his face would have been a mechanical, like Andy today. Maybe he'll have one in Montreal.

 well he could've attacked. Jesus, if Froome and Gesink and Hesjedal can ride attractively, so can Contador.

Did he 'suck' there?

He didn't  that doesn't mean he can never suck. In the tour he was worthless. Today his attacks went nowhere. But at least he tried.

I am very disappointed.

C'mon, he is a team man. he was working to matti for the finish. And he was in the front during the time i was watching the race. Saxo has one person in top-10

The claims about froome attacking is ridiculous. Tell me who is the best placed sky rider?

The only thing Sky managed to do was to help Sagan cross across to the front group; or, to put it differently, stop tepstra from doing a Tony Martin..

It's not like those interviews by Italians where he say's he's thinking about doing the Giro or likewise for Spanish newspapers where he says he's likely gonna do the Vuelta. This tells me he really hopes he can do a good Tour Vuelta double next year. Add to that that his points will count, so riding the Vuelta would increase his market value if he were to change teams in 2015

So, he might be doing Giro, Vuelta or was it an impulse tweet?

Tour/Vuelta I reckon, because he already said his main goal will be TDF next year. Don't forget that as of August next year, his points will count again, so for his team he'll surely want to score some points.
