You have a thing for physical workers?

Better than someone who is nonphysical and lazy. Anyways...8 more days till the Giro...can't wait. How many seconds do you all here think Sky will gain on Tinkov in the TTT?

Some interesting comments on doing the double from the guy who did it in back to back years.
--------------------------------------------
“The older you get, your form gets more consistent lasts for longer. So that’s definitely a plus when it comes to Grand Tours.”

Experience, according to Indurain, rather than freshness of form, is the key to success in a double Grand Tour challenge. “The Giro-Tour double is definitely doable but you’ve got to have the right mentality and you have to know how to spend your energy and when. You can’t just go rushing into the start of the season, for example; you have to take things a bit more slowly and get closer to your top level when you get closer to the start of the Giro itself.”

As for the long-term physical effects of a Giro-Tour – and Contador should take note to this – “They don’t just last a few months, they go right the way through to the next season. I was still tired in 1993 when I did the Giro, and the Giro was much more difficult for that reason, from having raced so hard in 1992 and doing a double back then.”
