So a photographer captured the moment when Contador launched:

The entire front of the peloton (including Katusha (especially Katusha)) looks absolutely stunned.

Classic picture for sure. One for the record books. This was the moment when Contador launched himself in a daring attack against the overall leader. In front of Puritos very eyes while his whole team looked at it. Many are we who wondered what ever happened with the Katusha team during this short period. Nothing we know about since we couldnt see it.
