That probably won't work since Sky simply rides their own tempo. Repeated attacks are good when the leaders are isolated, have to react themselves and have nobody to ride tempo in pursuit.
It would be good if there's a situation where one of the favorites attacks and is joined by one or two others, then they have to cooperate to ride against the train...pretty simple
But we have to keep in mind, a three week GT is different from a one week stage race. It remains to be seen if Sky is able to dominate like that again. Last year, they weren't up against the best climbers in the TdF and in the Vuelta Froome was isolated pretty quickly.
