Yes seriously. It may have the effect of changing his view on life now that he has additional responsibilities.

Contador is a real champion, things like that don't matter at all.

Yes he is definitely a champion. Also seems to be a very caring person (just my perception) who would take into account other people in his life. Hope they don't have any kids until after he retires!!!

Take you don't have a ball and chain yourself?

Having kids will drop his form another couple of levels

Yea Contador is done when he gets a kid, if he gets 2 kids he should just retire.

Jens I am sorry but you also have endless faith in il killer and rujano :p

alberto definitely has more chances than both of them though. one almost retired and one almost arrested ...well it's not that hard i guess

:p

By the way what about Bjarne he had two kids when he won tour and what about jensie :D 6 babies

Bjarne Riis balanced it out by taking more drugs that July than any TDF contender has ever or will ever take:D Sorry, I know it's not appropriate here

yes you are right :D but I don't think we should expect 2009 or 2011 Berto or even better, hopefully 2012 Berto to be at least a bit competitive. So far he is on pre-2007 Alberto level:rolleyes: But i think in 2005 and 2006 he was maybe even better

The children argument is really ridicolous.

Did merckx or armstrong got worse? Yea i know armstrong is not a good example

Why is it ridiculous? Less sleep, less rest, more stress, spending more time at home instead of training, having more responsibilities etc it can't be good for your cycling career

Exactly and since he got married he has not been great anymore, I don't dismiss the possibility that it's related exactly because Alberto is such a softy

Ask Gilbert, he got a son in 2010 (i think) and had his greatest season the year after.

Explain that ;)
