I don't see where Andy was "whining" in that interview, but I suppose when your as against him as some posters on here you can find reasons to dislike him in every word he says.

On the contrary I think he sounds motivated and ready to work hard to recover from his 2012 season.

If his form was so fantastic in 2011 at the Tour why did he wait till it was essentially too late to put some time into his opponents in the mountains by actually committing fully to an attack? Was he paralyzed by Contador's presence, even after Contador had shown he was vulnerable? The argument presented here to explain Andy's passivity in the earlier portions of the Tour was that he was not in the form of say 2009 or 2010. His and Frank's excuse was that they were the only one's willing to attack (if you want to call what they were doing "attacks"). Of course with a ITT looming it was their responsibility to create a buffer of time to compensate for their inevitable losses vs the clock to Evans.

What? I don't know what it means.

It means it appears that you've rejoined the Andy Schleck Gumdrop fanclub again after a brief affair with the Froomey's. You are a fickle one Airstream!:D

It was the interviewer that asked him if there was some aspect of the 2010 Tour that he was still angry about, all he was doing was answering the question. He was angry about chaingate at the time, but not anymore.

And when it was mentioned later in the interview, again it was the interviewer who brought it up.

Personally I don't consider answering a question as "whining."

Pathetic! Once again Andy is bringing an event He should be ashamed to remind us: His poor bike handling and mechanical skills. How to have an honest discussion when he start with misrepresenting what we all saw happened.

Then Contador probably apologized for Schleck's poor bike handling?
who really know what Contador apologized for. Probably he just did it because that is what some people do when they are brought up that way and they see somebody embarrassed by a situation. I mean blowing a shift change in the age of STI is quite humiliating, don't you think? right there for several millions of fans to see

Did you even read the interview? he didn't bring it up, the interviewer did. And how did he misrepresent what happened?

CN: Do you feel angry in way because of the way you won the 2010 Tour, angry with Contador angry with the race?

AS: No I’m not angry. I was angry with Contador when he attacked when my chain came off but it’s not like he’s my enemy. We still talk and he apologised.

CN: Just going back to a previous question: what do you think was worse, Contador attacking you when your chain slipped in 2010 or the fact that he tested positive in the race?

AS: The clenbuterol is still a discussed matter. Some believe him, some don’t. For me, it was worse that he attacked me because that was not sporting. I wouldn’t have done that. For the rest...

Nahh, he saw that his friend was distraught and traumatized and thought it better to apologize than to compound Andy's anguish by criticizing his lack of the most basic of skills. :)

Yes, who knows...

Don't you think it's stupid in the age of internet, almost instant (and free) flow of information and limitless storage space to claim something what can be refuted in a second?
The fact he felt need to make a video the same evening when incident happened speaks for itself.
Your favorite rider won't look greater if you belittle or etiquette his opponent. It will just make you look pathetic and immature.

Indeed, Andy is probably ashamed of himself so he tries to make everyone think Alberto is the bad guy and it was totes not his own fault. Disgusting. "Oh it was not sporting" whine whine whine get yourself together crybaby. Bjarne told Alberto it was best to apologize but I believe it would have been better to tell everyone the truth "no I'm not gonna apologize for Andy's poor bike handling skills" As long as he keeps whining and acting like a spoiled brat I will never start liking him again.

The only reason Alberto apologized is because Bjarne told him it was the best thing to do. And of course the French's pathetic reaction didn't help one bit  god those frenchies

Even if AC is as mentally fragile as he might seem since the press pushed him to post a video saying that he is sorry, I do not understand why people thin he actually should have done that? he did not do anything remotely illegal or mean?
Please explain a confused man
