Any middle eastern riders that could actually make this team ?

Mirza is probably the best rider from around those parts, as he has actually won races outside his country. Bahrain has no rider that I can see on procyclingstats, but they might buy some riders and let them change their nationality like they do in athletics.

Human rights bodies voice concerns to UCI over Bahrain team

http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/human-rights-bodies-voice-concerns-to-uci-over-bahrain-team/

It's a shame that Cyclingnews don't mention the human rights issues in every article they post about this team considering some of the credible allergations of torture are against the Prince who has direct involvement in this team. I know the cycling media don't like to spit in the soup but surely this team is way over the line and as much pressure as possible should be put on the UCI not to grant them a license.

Not to mention the Prince takes his horses for a trip to the clinic.

Bole and Sivtsov remind me of when I in college and a freshman would show up for an into an elective class and had to introduce himself -two weeks in, in his pijamas, no notebook or laptop, looking dangerously dehydrated- "I don't think this guy is going to go the distance..."

I wish Ondrej Cink the best and I hope he proves any doubters wrong.
