I saw a stat on Twitter yesterday that said Bahrain have won 26% of all mountain stages in 2021.

New vegan diet!!I saw a stat on Twitter yesterday that said Bahrain have won 26% of all mountain stages in 2021.
Reminds me of a certain Tashkent sprinter. Is his full name Sonny Mirgarifanovich Colbrelli?Colbrelli 3rd
I'm not so forgiving. WvA's climbing, vdP's TTing, both are pretty ridiculous. This was just silly. No real point to it either.I'm very forgiving when it comes to outlier performances but Colbrellis ride today stinks. The only point in his favor is that he appears to be less affected by bad weather than some others.
Then look at 80kg José Gutiérrez finishing top 3 or top 5 on every single mountain stage of the 2005 Giro, finishing with freaking SD Piepli on Monte Bondone.I think Colbrelli finishing 3rd on the stage today with that profile is the most obviously juiced ride ever in cycling.
This guy is a sprinter and he out climbed on HC cand cat 1 climbs Guillaume Martin (55kg), nairo quintana, sergio Higuita, Mike woods, Ruben guereirro etc. Just embarrassing.
I apologise for my recency bias. Then look at 80kg José Gutiérrez finishing top 3 or top 5 on every single mountain stage of the 2005 Giro, finishing with freaking SD Piepli on Monte Bondone.
Mot obvious juiced ever is a bit of a hyperbole, there have been lots of really crazy performances over the years.
Even the commentators were absolutely baffled why he was pushing on uphill after securing the green jersey points. Just has spare energy to burn I guess. Can't imagine how KotM contender Poels must feel at the dinner table tonight.
He's full of it but come on he's not even the most obviously juiced rider in his team.I think Colbrelli finishing 3rd on the stage today with that profile is the most obviously juiced ride ever in cycling.
Knowing Landa, he's probably a bad responder to whatever Bahrain is doing and would struggle to keep up with Sonny.Meanwhile, Landa is watching from home and we only saw a glimpse of him in Italy.
all the padun stories just paint a larger picture, how much more over the top he went to get shut down like that, its like he is in witness protection program, hes gotta dissapear for couple of years to later emerge in one of the smaller italian teams as marco padunioNo Padun for the Olympics, they're taking checks notes "Anatoliy Budyak" instead.
I'm getting that feeling in my gut that there might be a positive later this year regarding a certain rider ...No Padun for the Olympics, they're taking checks notes "Anatoliy Budyak" instead.
