This photo of nibali over the weekend brings up something interesting to me. I think it's widely agreed that teams like movistar and astana have been making less noticeable champions jerseys so that the sponsor's colors are still more noticeable. But couldn't they compromise and give the rider a full tricolore jersey but the regular team bibs? That way they pay respect to the country and tradition, while still allowing the sponsor's colors a place. Just a thought I had

Makes sense in theory, but personally (this is down to individual taste, obviously) I find those kits to clash badly and be very ugly. Like Nibali's above.

It has been sometimes tough to find Kazakh champion in the Astana uniform. In picture like this it is still easy but when they are racing not so much.

Not impressed. May as well be snowland national champion when seen from the front. Also don't like how the OPTUM text and the maple leaf are arranged at the back.

Most are uninspired. The designers just slap on a Canadian flag and that's about it.
