Bouncing MTB Commuters

I regularly pass these guys on full suspension mountainbikes on my ride to work each day. My eyesight is pretty shoddy but I can usually spot them from quite a distance. Their riding profile is quite distinct - usually hunched over the handlebars peddling furiously in a small gear whilst the bike literally bounces down the road.

This phenomena seems to be very common on the SE to Central London commute. Just an observation.

too true - this is quite common in london although only really amongst casual cyclists. I dont think they know how to fix their suspension. Plus they are wasting soooo much energy
