No grand tours this year. Only stage races+ one day races. Also Olympics and WC
Ironically his disappointing GC form basically offered him the stage win on a silver platter.Another win today in Romandie TT. I had thought he was deliberately losing time in the first two days to save himself for a stage win, but apparently he came here with GC aspirations and was just bad to start.
America, continuing their campaign against GdI even with Tour of California being cancelled.National championships during a Grand Tour?
He's really developing nicely, without crazy expectations. He'll probably never win a GT but there's a lot of races he can win. Maybe someday LBL or Lombardia.Mcnulty won the NC ITT 33,7km
53,6km/u average

6e win for Mcnulty this year
No he can't LBL or Lombardia. He is miles behind Remco and Pogacar. He's really developing nicely, without crazy expectations. He'll probably never win a GT but there's a lot of races he can win. Maybe someday LBL or Lombardia.
So is everyone else except Roglic. at some point in the next 10 years he could have a shot. He’s got the characteristics to be best of the rest.No he can't LBL or Lombardia. He is miles behind Remco and Pogacar.
How many times do we have to see Roglic struggle at monuments before he’s put in the next group? So is everyone else except Roglic. at some point in the next 10 years he could have a shot. He’s got the characteristics to be best of the rest.
Many times. How many times do we have to see Roglic struggle at monuments before he’s put in the next group?
He’s still a contender in LBL and lombardia if he targets them. But ask me again next year….How many times do we have to see Roglic struggle at monuments before he’s put in the next group?
He was saving himself for this instead of helping his teammate win Romandie. Classic UAE riderMcnulty won the NC ITT 33,7km

I didn’t watch it that closely but didn’t UAE have a stacked team in Romandie with guys like Yates as final domestique, and McNulty rode the whole way except DNF on the final sprint stage? He was saving himself for this instead of helping his teammate win Romandie. Classic UAE rider

No road race is sundayThe national Road race is Saturday, he certainly has chance there.
Hopefully he will ride in Dauphine or Suisse next month
He didn't find magical legs, he found the only part of the day the roads were dry, while all other favorites had to ride in the rain and/or on wet roads. No magical legs. Looking at the times of other riders in the top 10, who did ride in the rain, there is no way he would have won that TT in equal conditions.McNulty rode the whole race in the grupetto, except for the ITT, where he suddenly found some magic legs and won the stage.
He was still going full throttle through the ITT for no reason at all, instead of conserving his energy and helping his team win the race, while he was always one of the first to be dropped in the other stages. He didn't find magical legs, he found the only part of the day the roads were dry, while all other favorites had to ride in the rain and/or on wet roads. Yes, but him winning was not due to magic legs. He got lucky with the weather. That short downhill section in the rain alone cost others 10 seconds. He was still going full throttle through the ITT for no reason at all, instead of conserving his energy and helping his team win the race, while he was always one of the first to be dropped in the other stages.
'Magic legs' comment was sarcastic. Considering how easily he had been dropped on an easy cat 2 climb the day before, he was surely saving himself for ITT. Which shows what kind of teammate he is. There's a reason why he hasn't raced with Pog since the 2022 Tour.Yes, but him winning was not due to magic legs. He got lucky with the weather. I mean, he did go really hard on that stage for Pog while he was sick earlier in the race.'Magic legs' comment was sarcastic.
