in Evans case should he win, it will have nothing to do with dope.

I think I know where you are coming from. You are saying Evans could be doped to the gills, but that would not be the reason he would win (as many of his competitors are also doped to the gills).

Things in this thread are getting a little too ill-tempered and heated. So let's get back on topic, Evans.

And Robbie, please drop it with Hitch's identity. This is an internet forum, who someone is in their real life should mean very little.

(and I was not the mod that deleted those earlier posts BTW).

So is the comment Contador or Evans or whoever you claim is doping. Everything you say about every one of your favorite dopers in here is hearsay, other than those who have admitted doping.

Very much so but as Hitch and some others point to it is their experience as armchair experts watching cycling over the years that leads them to the conclusion that certain riders dope.

^^At some point idiocy becomes functionally trolling.

All the off-topic posts of the last couple of days have been cut.

A message to everyone-top posting off-topic commentary.

Stop getting into off-topic arguments.

When you see an off-topic comment that could be considered trolling, DO NOT RESPOND. This is what creates the so-called "vortex" that drags down threads.

If there is a specific issue you think needs addressing that is not meant for a specific thread, start a new one with a clear and concise title so everyone know what you're talking about.

Snipped due to pointlessness.

You know who had a will to win?

All the dopers have ever been popped, and all of those who haven't, and all the clean athletes in every sport ever invented.

King D*uche himself even had TV ads that extolled his awesome will to win, and denigrated the entire pool of slacker pros that were sitting at home eating hot dogs while LA finished a ride in the rain.

Please try not to sound like a TV commercial.

JM, you are as bad as RC is.

Winning is not 100% EPO. You know better than that. Don't act like a frothing fanatic ;)

Except he did exactly that by immediatley throwing up a Godwin by throwing up the worlds most hated Cyclist

Come now DW. If you want to be fair and balanced and being answered by the peloton you might realize that they might not know you are entitled an answer.

Sticking to facts (and they are bad enough) instead of innuendo might warrant answers. You yourself aren't accused out of hand by strangers to ally with world renowned criminals, yet it's ay-okay to slap every rider around with LANCE!

And for the frigging record: I'm nowhere near naive. Indeed I posted the court papers of Rasmussen, of Leinder. I am the one who actually cares about Dr. Menuet (Sadly, I am the only one who keeps mentioning him) instead of regurgitating endless bile.

I'm very tired of seeing this long circle jerk and conspiracy theories of which we have zero evidence. Add that as WADA and UCI don't go with our theories we go frothing at the mouth how corrupt the world is *sniff sniff*. It's all so ***.

Just stick with verifiable problems (hello mr Brailsford) and hammer away, just as we kept hammering away at Lance with the Andreu statements. Don't make stuff up that only makes us look as fools.

Sky is not USPS. Wiggins is not a talentless clown. Wiggins does not change weight a la Ulrich (who himself didn't change weight as dramatic as we think). The peloton certainly looks cleaner (BP profiles, certain change in tone of those involved, harder sanctions from sponsors).

Is it clean? Can we rest? Do I trust Wiggins? Hell no. But acting as if we are still in the Lance days is just plain idiotic. And let's try to stick to verifiable things.

As long as we consider every pro a criminal unless proven clean this will halt any chance of communication. Besides, it's a travesty of justice and of our morals. Innocent till proven guilty, not the other way around.

Well according to Wiggins himself he does go up/down weight - remember he had to put weight back on to get back to a high TT level.

According to Wiggins training consists of redlining it all day up to Pico del Teide for days upon end. According to Wiggins changing your cadence changes your peak power. According to wiggins dopers are scum, but suddenly Lance was a hero.

Wiggins as a source is verifiably not to be trusted.

And that's glossing over riders always have been untruthful about their weight as that's key info.

lol but Matthews "targeted" that stage so god knows what sorts of boosters he was partaking in. Showed his true colours on the false flat before Cippo.

Could you specify how much OT is too much? Are we allowed to name and discuss BMC here too (since it's quite relevant to Evans)?

Not sure whether this is considered OT or not but this is one hell of a post
