Can Rojas win green?

Rojas is able to go for both the uphill sprints and the flat sprints but i just wonder whether being in the finish everyday might tire him out a lot thus meaning he hasnt got the legs to get in breakaways. Stages 10 and 11 could be quite important for the points competition. There is the chance of a bunch sprint with perhaps a higher chance on stage 11 than 10.

It would also cause chaos since more riders would be fighting to stay in the top 20 in sprints which is what causes crashes. This is the reason a ranking like that would never happen.
