Don't get too hyped. I'm usually not superstitious to that point, but the more I look forward to something the more that thing ends up disappinting me.

Just hope he reaches the spring in one piece.

Today he just gave us a lesson how to win a classic. This race was just pure class and I couldn't be happier with the result.
And btw, I don't want to look forward to the monuments because I just fear he will crash. But if he doesnt he will definitely be the big favorite. :D

Exactly my fear: he will probably break his collarbone again and then a sprinter will win. &#128528

Great win today. Was good to see him ride like this again.

My biggest concern is him staying on his bike the next weeks. Same goes for the other favourites btw. Losing Degenkolb is more then enough.

Hopefully he doesn't get marked out in the monuments and also no injuries please :)

Cancellara will definitely be marked, but he has proven that he doesn't have to go solo. As long as it's a hard race so the sprinters are fatigued, he should be okay.
Yep, it's very hard to see him beating Kristoff in a sprint even after a hard race, so he'll probably have to drop him; but the others fast finishers shouldn't worry him at all.

He can't beat Boonen either...

Boonen won't be there in the final. :p

I think he could at this present moment, if Boonen somehow made it to the finish at the front.

Of course, Cancellara isn't some kind of amazing sprinter and wouldn't win everytime. But, at the end of a monument or tough classic, I think he has at least equal chance against the likes of Sagan, GVA, Stybar. As Jspear said, he doesn't have to go solo.
