53.9 km too early...

A reply, 5 laughs, a love and a thumbs up within 18 hours of posting, but when, last July, I made exactly the equivalent post about Cort Nielsen in polka dots with his arms in the air on a Danish berg with the caption "117.8km too early", not a hint of a response.

You're a fickle bunch.
It's still not as bad as when you realise that every single post on the entire page has been liked by Sandisfan, except yours.

In Armchairs defense I think that was a time where I had less time to read every freekin(LOL) post and sometimes threads have dropped off the 1st page or became yesterday or later and I missed some threads, NO DISRESPECT intended. :):hearteyes:

I also dislike when I think threads aren’t being posted in because it doesn’t pop up in my notifications and I miss stuff. One day I missed 6 pages in the Evenepoel thread.

Most embarrasing ever was Alexandre Moos. It was a stage in the Vuelta long ago. Andrei Zintchenko had attacked and won from a break or something many minutes earlier. Something like ten guys had passed the line. Then as the peloton approaches Moos attacks, he's really concentrated, looks back a couple of times and cruises over the line with a nice victory gesture. I guess he figured his attack was so super hard that no one could respond. Then a little later there were pictures of him arguing with people from the race organization.
And the people from the race organization told him "DON'T HAVE A COW MAN"
