Emil Herzog celebrated 2 laps too early, but nobody availed of the rare opportunity to have two premature celebrations in the same race.

Maybe he was celebrating his victory in the sprint bonifications competition. Ciccone has started a new trend perhaps.

I think it would have been a very nice gesture towards a rider, who has been a valuable member of the team for years and is about to retire. I'll always prefer a SDW win for anyone other than their big 3.

That Spanish race walker who was pipped on the line for bronze the other day, after she had been celebrating with a flag and everything, now that was quite funny.

Sure, the thought was nice.
But since it didn't work, it just ended up looking rather silly.
