He looked devastated crossing the line. I don't understand how someone can make fun of him running in clear despair.

But that's me.

Froome MUST win this year's Tour just on merit and courage alone - even when his bike failed him, running came handy!! Chapeau!!

The correct decisions but a shambles of a finish.

Instead he now gets a ton of abuse, instead of being applauded for being one of the few GC riders to actually try things across all types of stages.

I guess it's a correct decision.
Regardless of it, Froome looks stronger than the 1'40" he received by neutralisation.

The race would have gained a new momentum without the decision, though.

I'm happy for the decision taken, even if this farce can not be deleted.
Because it is true that they gave him the same time to Mollema... but is also true that Mollema has fallen and has lost at least additional 15-20s.
and this would be a decision that favors him?

I'm British but a big Contador fan, however Froome has made leaps and bounds in my estimations this Tour, great racing and the strongest....glad he kept yellow today, the right decision was made. Hope he goes onto win now.

Doesn't look too good for Froome&Porte.Mollema looks undamaged.

Hope he's ok, that looks really nasty.
I think he landed on Porte so a "soft landing" at least, shouldn't result in any noteworthy injuries. Porte on the other hand looked like he smacked his jaw on the moto.

Reckon Porte was about to drop Froome when the motorbike got in the way.

Just speculation though, remember Froome sometimes loses a couple of bike lengths but rides his own tempo. Porte looked very strong though to be fair.

Surprised both Porte and Mollema could do this.
Especially that Mollema could close the gap between Porte/Froome and the rest so fast.

Froome is not at his alien best yet. Maybe tomorrow.

Froome could probably have dropped them, but there was no stage win up for grabs and a big fat TT tomorrow

It's sad really, just barrier off the climbs, as others have said, these idiots are not even fans.
