Looking in great shape in that pic I don't have a problem with it,didn't expect but I don't see any reason for him to be ashamed of it.
I thought after Contador retirement his bots will be a rarely sight around here.Looks like i was wrong and they are more aggressive than ever.

If you want me to [edited] never come back, say it, [edited] say it. I would gladly turn my back on this forum because with cycling getting more and more boring and this forum getting inundated by [edited] Sky fanboys, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to keep bothering.

If we could do without all the personal nonsense, it would be great. You're all welcome to share your opinion on the rider who's the subject of the thread. If you feel somebody shouldn't be allowed to say something, please do find the report button ffs.

Guys if you are referring to the poster who said they had 'all the bots on ignore' (and I can't see who else used that term) then you might want to read their post quoted at the top of this page before getting so defensive.

What topic was that...............obviously there needs to be a thread for body image but I will stay relevant and mention the name Froome. I have a feeling that Froome is going to have more success at the Worlds which will top off his year quite nicely and the team's.

What kind of success do you have in mind? I guess a medal in the TTT and ITT is likely, but I don't see him beating Dumoulin in the ITT.

No I meant the TTT but Sky was a bit disappointing. Oh well The Sunweb train rolls on. Great year for them and it may not be finished yet.

Froome did fine, Sky team tactics were a bit ***.

It's not really possible to draw definitive conclusions for the ITT imo, but advantage is with Dumoulin.

This has been an ongoing theme for years in the print media. ESPN the Magazine has a yearly issue entitled "The Body Issue" (or is it Sports Illustrated?). Features athletes from various sports in more artistic photography than the Froome photo but still the same theme.

If you're going to come up with a derogatory term for a group with an opposing perspective, the least you can do is come up with one of your own instead of stealing the same one used by that group to indentify your own annoying phanatics. Shows a bit of a laziness and lack of imagination.

Difficult to say what Froome could have done if he'd made this WC a primary target, but very strong performance nonetheless. Would have been someting though if Dumoulin had caught him.

Done well, time to put the feet up and look at Le tour next year, I'm sure he will be happy with his year

Nice job on the bronze medal after an incredible season. No chance he was going to be close to Dumoulin who had targeted this while Froome was slogging it out at the Tour and Vuelta.

Next years Tour should be interesting, though I wish he'd go for the Giro and get the 'grand slam'.
