Yeah I agree. I think he just feels the team didn't put enough effort in improving his ITT. I wouldn't say this in the media though, Bora won't appreciate that. Even more ridiculous that you do this in the last race of the season. Just go on holiday, and ask for more time in the wind tunnel during off-season.

This. Let's hope that someone tells him politely (I assume team already have given him the 'non-politely' feedback) that he shoots himself in the leg quite badly by taking the public whining route. Big no no. Because no team excepts this sort of stuff from athletes.
