Sure, it's still 3 weeks as well, tables could turn a dozen times. But today was a stage you would expect Uijtdebroeks to struggle more compared to some rivals, while he did a good job.

impressive with his career in cycling. I would hire him to work as a corporate lawyer and structure multiple businesses just cause i like cycling and therefore naturally him

But what stocks are better him or Del Toro you think in 5 years time? Only guesswork obviously but can be a fun thing to see in a few years nevertheless.

Del Toro is clearly much zappier than Uijtdebroeks, who is a diesel. Del Toro will have an easier time winning stages and one week stage races. But Del Toro has not raced a GT yet. If he does that with succes as well, than i'd go with Del Toro. But Uijtdebroeks has proven to be very consistent in stage races and has already finished a GT in the top 10. So imho, it's too early to tell, you'll at least have to wait until the Vuelta to make an assessment.

Anything Del Toro experienced as 16-19 years old was never 3 weeks and daily ask was seldom 150-200 kilometers. Racing dynamics were not ever 8-12 people that could hurt or destroy you.
Cian is pretty smooth, so far is non emotional and doesn't make stupid moves chasing down riders who are the equivalent of blowing paper in the wind.
Del Toro is being subjected to a social media minefield with daily chatter about expectations from on high to grassroots, suddenly being elected to shoulder Spanish speaking riders. Greg LeMond, Lance Armstrong, Contador, Johan, and others chiming in is unnecessary pressure. Uijt has kept his head down since his transfer and for many strokes of other's bad luck has people peeking at Remco,Wout and Van der Poel and some of the spotlight is off him.
Del Toro is wearing the shoes of Raul Acala and there has not been anyone since. Measurable percentage of US bike racers and fans are following Isaac because they go for a Spanish speaking rider.
I think both guys look good.. Real opportunity for Cian w heavies on his team crashing. Del Toro is not getting much from Marc Hirschi possible transfer and Jay Vine broken. And Del Toro stage race win counts, but so does UAE having 3 different riders winning 3 different stages in a race that's less than a week long. Not like Del Toro was under much pressure.
