Andy Hampsten punched a fan -- by the looks of it, a nine-year-old boy -- en route to his Alpe d'Huez win in 1992. And, indeed, Bugno had a habit of whacking people who got too close to him both during and after races. Maybe Hinault, Hampsten, and Bugno were all fined, but for whatever reason actual explusions like Belli's seem to be rare.
