There is no list to be made. Rule changes for 2025 have already been announced. The bodies that can approve something as significant as that are most unlikely to be sitting in the timeframe that you stipulate.

As for the rest, please at least give UCI some benefit of a doubt. On top of that it's only the first edition and honestly i don't expect miracles either. So if their hands are tied, as you seem to suggest, and they can do nothing, better are forced to do nothing, due to the rules involved, fine, then the very next edition will for sure be more fruitful. I don't really see a problem here. On top of that we seemed to agree that for now the list won't be used for anything beyond speaking for itself. If you would like to moderate the list i don't see any issues with that either. After all for now it includes only one item and that item was added based on your suggestion. Thanks for that by the way, as this list already immediately busts one myth. That is even it this day and age some people still claim nothing can be done, this list already proves them wrong. Anyway, hope this settles it for now.
