Seriously one of the most epic stages I've ever watched. Holy ****. Too bad Contador wasn't a bit closer, though.

Of course, as with all of the most epic stages it had Nieve as the winner, awesome stuff :D

So this Dauphine has been the best race I can remember in a long time ... great racing every single stage !

Perfect setup for the TDF aswell, I hope no one starts claiming it's going to be a borefest before it even starts. It's shaping up to be awesome, enjoy it please !

Contador's only tactical error was not to follow Nibali. With no teammates, chapeau to him!

Maybe yea. Then again Froome had teammates, i think Contador thought Froome was gonna pull it but he was just done.

I'm pretty sure Froome has an injury, this ain't normal

Yes, seems like a huge waste of energy.

he just showed Froome how strong he is.

this counts for the Tour.

Congrats to Adam Yates. the kid really can ride for GC.

riders make the race.. this course could've been very boring if they waited for the final climb and they all went tempo riding. Then it would suddenly be a sucky course.

Once again proven, it's the riders, not always the design...

This tour is going to rock!!!

This Tour is going to suck, because Froome was dropped like a stone two times in a row. It is a complete disaster for Sky.

No one is able to keep AC wheel during the Tour. Contador almost won this race doing solo for 20+ kms. Tour is over...

Why?

Contador completely destroyed his rivals for TDF, who cares about the dauphine.

Contador beat an "injured" Froome, could be he gave him a good pasting, could be the crash took alot out of Froome, only Froome really knows I guess. Hard to draw any conclusions from this.
