The official ticker is WAAAAAY behind real life. Like, half an hour. Not sure what they are doing.

David Millar is rocking the oval chain-ring today. I don't think that's his usual setup. I hope it works out for him, he doesn't have a good record with technical problems in time trials...

I think they only show a rider as having started when the rider in front of them has passed through the first time check, ie at the moment it is saying Peter Velits is next to start yet Vogondy, who goes before him, has already gone through chrono 1, roughly 26 minutes.

EDIT: Its not showing Velits next now, i was thinking that id heard he had broken his shoulder or something.

why does time keep changing? now Menchov is 12 seconds behind

hes been caught in some weird space time continueum. hes going to keep falling further and further back until he circles the clock and ends up winning..

millar fastest at the first check.. thought getting exciteded about ebh was a bit premature

Gretsch + 1,31
Ovechkin +1,50

Decent rides by the youngsters... compared with Malori (3,07).

It seems like some youngsters (i.e. Sagan, Van Garderen, Keukeleire) are easier adjusted to the pro speed, while others (like Malori and before him Timochin etc.) have a harder time.

I expect great things from Malori at some point, but it seems he's not quite there yet.

Soler finishes 23 MINUTES behind EBH. Must have fallen off any injured himself? Will he be eliminated? If he's injured then they may look the other way but if he's injured that badly then he shouldnt be able to start tomorrow id have said.
