I dunno what youre watching. its not on telly yet. Im sat in the corner reading yesterdays l'equipe with a pint and a bowl of nuts, and trying to ignore ACF's constant moans about evans not racing ;)

edit: actually im reading rouleur which my postman just delivered

You've got it cushy, haven't you! Wake up, read Rouleur, watch cycling, eat, maybe go for a ride, maybe do husband stuff, go to bed. Not bad. ;)

it all depends on the final climb. it may not be steep but could be difficult depending on the speed the pack goes up there. if they put the hammer down i can't see millar staying in there.

I agree, if the pace is too high he will struggle on that 8% section.

well.. go to bed at 1am, wonder why i am still awake at 4am, grab a bite to eat, fall asleep on the sofa, get woken up by postman feeling crap, take meds, feel sick, read rouleur, play with new helmet cam and charge it, burn lunch, set fire to grill pan, eat lunch, update website, do a poster for work to try and sell the roofrack bicycle racks that have just been donated, watch first five minutes of dauphine before heading off to do my voluntary work for a couple of hours :D

I will squeeze a ride in after work though ;) and watch the dauphine on sky+

and this months rouleur is a work of art.

I did not know eurosport had a pay-for-stream service. If it will let me choose French commentary instead of English I might just buy it...

Kelly - legend
Duffield - Legen
Harmon - ok, but can be unreliable
Backstead - interesting
Mccrossan - like listening to beige paint dry. Has far more knowledge than comes across, i think the problem is he is used to commentating on domestic races where a) not much happens and b) you have to state the obvious as there are a lot of not so knowledgable fans watching

You noticed?

Eurosport UK tend to have good colour guys (Backstedt and Kelly) but their front-men are awful. French/Italian/Spanish/whatever commentary always has so much more passion, even if I don't understand half of what is said.
