Rogers had a 9 second advantage over Millar and only lost 3 seconds in the tt so rogers beats millar by 6 seconds. Hermans of radioshack does a good time but loses 21 seconds to rogers.

It doesn't matter how Fedrigo rode the TT, he rode well enough to defend his lead. Good for him.

It's a shame that Radio Shack's best race of the year doesn't earn UCI points. I still like Machado, though, and his national TT kit looks way better than the RS stuff. It's a shame he can't race the Giro this year for the training and experience. I wonder of he'll be on any other Armstrong squads?

He already knew that. There was a pre-selection of 14 and he wasn't in it. He had been told he was likely to ride the Giro, though. The non-invite likely smashed his spirit far more.
