I'm not much of a meat-eater, but this looks delicious. Nice touch with the sprinkles of cilantro. :)

It's Lobster fest! But I get a better deal going down mid week I think. For $15USD I get 8 lobster halves and 1 margarita instead of 4 halves and 3 glasses of wine for $20USD. But lobsters are cheap here but not wine.

Come on down

What language is on that window sign? Does not look like American to me. Spanish? Portugese? My guess is these fine young men are NOT Gringos.

That said, I have a restaurant so I KNOW how bad it is. This year watching the Tour and some Belgian races I was struck with how horrible the Euro-spectators looked, fat and sloppy. I thought, They can't ALL be Americans."

OK I've got a line on live caracoles de mar, sea snails or whelks(UK). Anybody know a great way to prepare them?

The kings of steaks in Montreal pedals on!

Lots of great foodie ideas there.
When I met the owner of Montreal's most famous steakhouse for dinner, he was eating chicken, and avoiding the carbs! Why? Because he's a cyclist constantly looking for maximum performance. Here's a link to the profile I wrote about him on my Good4sports blog:
