Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a coach or suggest somewhere I can get a decent winter training programme from ? I live South London

Hi if you look on the british cycling website there is a list of coaches in your region. However im a third year sport and exercise science student with internation level riding/racing experienced and could give you some structure to you training. My email is tom_a_smart@hotmail.com. If your interested email me your age, a few short term and a few long term goals, training history and your time comitment(work,family, beer time)
