i'm pretty sure actually that he will already attack tomorrow. there is a ramp towards the finish. if not, pescara will be indeed an abruzzo one man show:cool:
The top is with 20km to go:eek:

He was pretty awesome today indeed, but I wonder how he will go when the best climbers start to show what they can do

i understood that there is a 3 km climb with an average of 6% in the last 10 kms. if you are strong, that is enough for a decisive attack

«Ai meno nove c'ho provato, d'accordo con Scinto, e sono andato via con un colombiano che non dava mai i cambi. Ma sopratutto, pensavo ci fosse più discesa e meno tratti aperti dalla fine della salita all'arrivo. Peccato, perché con un pizzico di collaborazione da parte del colombiano o con meno pianura tra fine discesa e arrivo, avrei potuto fare il colpaccio. Sto comunque bene e ci riproverò nei prossimi giorni, questo sicuramente».

I tried with 9 to go but the colombian never pulled.
I thought there was more downhill and less wide roads.
I'm feeling well and I'll give another go in the next days, that's for sure

the fanboy part of me yes. because maybe there was a plan to start il giro like that, with 2 days of racing in his legs
and last night he said that he wants to be strong in the last 10 days

realistic speaking no, he will lose 6 minutes to the best gc guy tomorrow and after he will chase a stage win. which is very very doable

Stupid sprint by Danilo, he should have left his GT teammate win.

if you put the fingers on the breaks on that finish is carnage.
it looked like he maybe thought that santa is not around so maybe it's better that he will take the bonus sec and not other gc favourites

it was santa's fault too in this one because he wasn't stronger:p

well just a boring interview. he will help santa to get a podium, might try in the weekedn to get a stage win depending on the situation blablabla

if he will stay at this level in the 3rd week, a stage win should finally come although i doubt it because he will follow scinto's tactics, helping santa everywhere. which won't be a bad thing. the important is to have the same form and get selected for firenze just like i always said

until now, with just 2 days of racing in his legs he did exceptionally well.

Di Luca has said some things in todays Gazzetta.

He said he has 2 more good years in him, he wants to help Nibali win the TDF in 2014 and that the WC course is good for him and he is the only Italian that can win on the distance of the WC.

especially considering how far gazzetta crouched up the *** of di luca when he was first suspended, they went as far as to go to a priest with him and di luca begged for forgiveness as he had found god. shows how most people are idiots who believe anything that is acted in front of them.
