This is pretty amazing. I am a little afraid for the little guy sitting on 'the edge'. It appears as if he has lost the battle with his brother [or sister], and has been sidelined. Does he still receive food and does one of his parents still keep him warm?

anybody know what that carcass is? I think it's a rabbit. The fish are easier to tell.

Now I'm all worried about the little one too.
I don't know if I can keep watching....I was worried that one might fall over the edge, now the storm and one getting sorta pushed away at times....sheesh, nature is tough and hard to watch sometimes.

It must be nice to be an eagle who lives next to a fish hatchery and a trout stream. Plus there is a nice place nearby that serves takeaway road kill.

Both parents there now.

Was strong storm yesterday. Good to see everything is ok.
I enjoy watching this - but always in mind that this might not end perfect.

I wonder how much food they will all require when the eaglets get a lot bigger.

I read that there will be snow and ice at the end of the week.

I think I read yesterday they will require 3-4 fish a day. at 8 weeks old they should be almost the same size as their parents.

they are 4 oz at birth, a pound at a week and add a pound every 5 days
