do you have any doubt that only a few others train or suffer more than, for example, cav or petachi?
do you think that training to develop that speed (red fibers, right?), + endurance stamina and "staying power" is something easy to achieve?
training speed means losing the rest. for sprinters to be able to achieve what they achieve (ones are better than others, obviously) is something amazing.
obviously it makes sense to dope, so they can train more, recover better, and artificially increase/maintain endurance stamina and staying power, while still developing speed.
